UK conformity assessessment

All medical devices must be registered with MHRA and obtain a UK Conformity Assessment (UKCA) mark before they can be placed on the UK market. UKCA marking shows that the manufacturer of the medical devices has accepted all legal obligations and responsibilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to the specific device.
